/snail Command
Manage snails in Wild Life.
Availability
This command is only available in Wild Life when the Snails wildcard is active.
Snail Names
Player Commands
/snail names get
Shows the name of a player's snail.
/snail names get <player/s>Arguments:
<player/s>- Target player or players
Permissions: None required
/snail names request
Request your snail name to be changed.
/snail names request <name>Arguments:
<name>- Requested snail name
Permissions: None required
Requires Approval
An admin must approve your request by clicking on the link in chat.
Admin Commands
/snail names set
Sets the name of a player's snail.
/snail names set <player> <name>Arguments:
<player>- Target player<name>- Snail name
Permissions: Operator
/snail names reset
Resets a player's snail name back to the default format.
/snail names reset <player/s>Arguments:
<player/s>- Target player or players
Permissions: Operator
Default Name
The default name format is <player>'s Snail.
Snail Textures
/snail textures list
Shows a list of uploaded snail textures.
/snail textures list
/snail textures list all - shows built-in textures as wellPermissions: Operator
/snail textures info
Shows information on how to create and add snail textures.
/snail textures infoPermissions: Operator
Custom Textures
This command provides instructions for creating custom snail skins to personalize each player's snail.
/snail textures reload
Reloads the snail textures from the config files.
/snail textures reloadPermissions: Operator
When to Use
Use this after adding / editing snail texture files to apply them without restarting the server.
/snail textures preset
Allows you to set a player's snail skins to one of the built-in original youtuber snail skin presets.
This will only work if the player does not have their own custom snail skin.
/snail textures preset set <player/s> <skin> - Chooses a specific skin
/snail textures preset randomize <player/s> - Chooses a random built-in skin
/snail textures preset reset <player/s> - Reverts to the default snail skinPermissions: Operator

Snail Control
/snail control spawn
Allows you to spawn snails for players even when the Snails wildcard is not active.
/snail control spawn <player/s>Arguments:
<player/s>- Target player or players
Permissions: Operator
/snail control despawn
Allows you to despawn snails for players even when the Snails wildcard is not active.
/snail control despawn <player/s>Arguments:
<player/s>- Target player or players
Permissions: Operator
Snails Wildcard
When the snails wildcard is active, the snails will automatically respawn again. To stop this, you can simply use the next command, /snail control prevent
/snail control toggle
Toggles snails spawning for specific players.
/snail control toggle <player/s>Arguments:
<player/s>- Target player or players
Permissions: Operator
